Oral Hygiene Care

  • Regular visits to the Oral Hygienist at least every 6 months to prevent dental problems;
  • Brushing teeth 2 to 3 times per day;
  • Use dental floss once a day, preferably at night;
  • Use a fluoride toothpaste and a soft or medium brush that should be changed every 3 months or when the filaments start to get damaged;
  • Try to have a varied diet, eating foods from all the nutritional groups and reducing the consumption of sugar;
  • Avoid eating sugar between meals when it is not possible to brush your teeth.
